Welcome to Always Delivers! By visiting our site and buying our stuff, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've kept them as human as legal terms can be, but they're the real deal — please give them a read.

The basics

Always Delivers LLC ("we," "us," "our") runs this website and sells print-on-demand apparel through it. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 (or using the site with a parent or guardian's involvement) and that the info you give us is accurate.

Our products are made to order

Everything we sell is printed just for you after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Because of that, small natural variations happen: print placement can shift slightly, and colors may look a little different on fabric than they do on your screen. These aren't defects, they're just how made-to-order printing works. (If something's actually wrong, our Refund Policy has you covered.)

Orders, pricing, and payment

We do our best to keep product info, pricing, and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, or cancel an order if something was listed incorrectly — and if we cancel an order you already paid for, you'll get a full refund. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and placing an order means you're authorizing us to charge your payment method for the total shown.

The designs are ours

Our designs, logos, artwork, the "Always Delivers" name, and everything on this site are our intellectual property. You're buying a product to wear and enjoy — you're not buying the rights to the design. Please don't copy, resell, or reproduce our artwork or branding without written permission.

Using the site

Be cool. Don't use our site to break the law, hack or disrupt anything, scrape our content, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site.

Third parties

We work with trusted partners to make this all happen — our production and shipping partner prints and delivers your order, and our payment processor handles transactions securely. We're not responsible for the independent practices of third-party services, but we choose our partners carefully.

Things we can't promise

We work hard to give you a great product and experience, but we provide the site and products "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Always Delivers LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Binding arbitration. Most concerns can be sorted out quickly by emailing us — please reach out first, and we'll genuinely try to make it right. If we can't resolve things informally, you and Always Delivers LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or your use of the site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules, conducted by a single arbitrator, and take place in Durham, North Carolina (or by phone/video, or based on written submissions, if you prefer). The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and Always Delivers LLC agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Venue for any court proceedings. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, or to enforce an arbitration award, you agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Durham, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
